Payment Policy

I only accept payments via Paypal.

Please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out click the Paypal button. Then you and you can choose to pay by credit card. PayPal will process their payments.

The artwork will not be shipped before the payment has been cleared. If the payment is not completed in 5 days, the sale will be canceled.

Shipping Policy

The shop based in Reykjavik, Iceland and ship all over the world.

​

Orders ship within 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday, after the payment is received. Weekends and Icelandic federal holidays excluded.

​

Small framed and unframed paintings and other items will ship via Iceland Post (www.potur.is) with tracking number.

Except postcards, they will fly to you carefully packed in the regular mail.

​

Estimated delivery time A priority mail:

Scandinavia 2-3 weekdays.

Western Europe 2-4 weekdays.

Other European countries 3-5 weekdays.

Outside Europe 4-15 weekdays.

 

Large canvas and framed paintings will be shipped by DHL.

You will receive an email notification on the day of shipping with a tracking number so you can track your package online.

All paintings and items are carefully packed for arriving to you in safety.

Please make sure that your name and address is correct at checkout. If you will find any mistakes after the payment is made, please contact me immediately!

I ship all over the world. But please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

 

Returns and exchange details

Please note that colors may vary slightly on different computer monitors.

 

If for whatever reason you have to cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase, please contact me immediately. I guarantee 100% refund.

After you receive your order

If the item you get is not the one you've ordered and was shipped to you by my mistake, 100% refund of the item price and shipping price is guaranteed.

100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact me with any concerns about your purchase as soon as possible. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your art or it is not what you expected, you can return it within 7 days after you receive the package. I guarantee 100% item price refund, once I receive the item in it’s original condition. (The buyer is liable for shipping both ways)

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

the painting or item is shipped to me after more than 7 days

from the date of delivery

the painting or item is shipped without the tracking number

and was lost in the mail

~

the painting or item is damaged

~

does not include all original packaging

I don't accept returns for postcards and greeting cards.

Only if you received wrong cards by my mistake.
